THE IRON LADY OR AN INSPIRING LEADER?
For a long time, it was believed that a female leader had to be “iron-willed”: tough and emotionally detached. But the experience of our resilient Kharkiv region has shown that in times of crisis, “iron-willed” structures break, while those grounded in values endure.
Today, the world needs a new kind of leader. What’s the difference?
- From control to trust: instead of the “I said it—you did it” approach, build a team where everyone understands the common goal. You trust people, and that gives them wings.
- From emotional detachment to empathy: empathy isn’t a weakness; it’s your main “antenna.” Understanding the team’s state helps you make accurate decisions and avoid burnout.
- From a mask to sincerity: you no longer need to play the role of the “stern boss.” True strength lies in your authenticity and loyalty to your own values.
Why is this so crucial right now? Statistics show that teams led by empathetic leaders are 40% more resilient to stress and 25% more productive. Value-based women’s leadership isn’t just a trend; it’s a strategy for survival and growth for communities and businesses.
We invite women living in the Kharkiv region to a free course, “The Basics of Modern Women’s Leadership”!
