Course Syllabus for the Leadership Course "Fundamentals of Modern Leadership"

12 sessions, each lasting 1.5–2 hours • hands-on format • for team leaders and coordinators in the Kharkiv region

Overall Learning Outcomes (after 12 sessions)

  • Develop your own leadership style (values, principles, scope of responsibility) and a 90-day development plan.
  • Master tools for communication, delegation, decision-making, and feedback in conditions of uncertainty.
  • Learn to create psychological safety and inclusive team practices, particularly in hybrid/remote work environments.
  • Implement learning cycles through experimentation and “smart” mistakes, as well as after-action reviews (AAR).
  • Build resilience: burnout prevention, team support, conflict and change management.
